Newborough Warren sunset & a Milky way shoot from Llanddwyn island on Anglesey

A gorgeous sunset wander around Newborough Warren on Anglesey tonight photographing the warm rays of sun catching the golden Marram Grass in the dunes. I caught the last rays of the sunset from Traeth Penrhos and then wandered onto Llanddwyn island to wait out the Milky Way. The clouds were heavier than expected so the Milky Way played hide and seek through the night with just fleeting glimpses. The lights of the llyn Peninsula lit up the cloudy skies to look almost like a sunset shot, still a pretty special experience.
