The light on the last 4 days of my trip around Assynt near Ullapool was pretty challenging, the mountains hidden under cloud & mist for a fair time but fortunately I was able to make the most of the light when it happened...I'd highly recommend having a plan when you're doing your photography, it can make a massive difference between getting the shots or not.
Here's Rhue lighthouse perched on the edge of Loch Broom near Ullapool, I visited twice with poor conditions the first night but then some wonderful sunset light the 2nd, the light falling beautifully on Isle Martin and the distant Coigach mountains
