A beautiful walk along the Cornish coast to Polperro

Just back from a rewarding week in South Cornwall, where I enjoyed extensive coastal walking, covering over 70 miles and gaining more than 10,000 feet in elevation. The focus was primarily on the trails, so there wasn't much opportunity for dedicated photo shoots. However, I made sure to carry my camera during the walks.

Amongst the stunning landscapes I encountered, my favourite location was undoubtedly the enchanting village of Polperro. Nestled in a picturesque harbour, Polperro captivates with its charming narrow streets and traditional Cornish cottages. The scenery beautifully combines rugged cliffs and tranquil waters, making it a haven for photographers. Even without the energy for extensive shoots, the allure of this coastal gem was impossible to resist.

Capturing the essence of Polperro, with its vibrant colour palette and stunning natural backdrop, reminded me of the incredible opportunities that lie in every corner of the landscape. Though this week was more about exploration than composition, the memories and images of Polperro will surely inspire future photographic endeavours.
