Snowdonia lonely tree sunrise at Llanberis
Been a while since I've had a sunrise trip down to Snowdonia and it's 3 years since I last visited the famous lonely tree so the alarm clock went off at 04.50 this morning to get there in plenty of time.
The sunrise wasn't really happening, a few spots of rain and just a few glimpses of colour but nothing much until this one. I'd originally setup directly in front of the tree, which often tends to be the best spot for composition here, but I moved to this slightly different angle when the sunburst started, I think it balances things a little better.
