Scotland photo locations for landscape photography

Having just returned from a fantastic landscape photography trip to Scotland, I wanted to share some of my favourite photo locations that truly captured the essence of this stunning country.

1. Glencoe

Renowned for its breathtaking scenery, Glencoe is a mecca for photographers. The dramatic peaks and vivid valleys provide an ever-changing backdrop, particularly during sunrise and sunset. The meandering rivers and lush vegetation add depth to your compositions.

2. Isle of Skye

The Isle of Skye is a treasure trove of photographic opportunities. The Old Man of Storr and the Quiraing are must-visit locations, offering dramatic rock formations and sweeping vistas.
