Sunrise at the Lone Tree Llanberis in Eryri Snowdonia
Stunning autumn sunrise at the lone tree Llanberis
Llyn Padarn is home to the Lone Tree Llanberis in Eryri Snowdonia National Park which looks pretty amazing during an autumn sunrise and is definitely one of the most photographed views in North Wales as it’s one of the most popular places to visit in Snowdonia.
What makes the Llanberis lonely tree such as popular place to visit in Snowdonia (Eryri) isn’t the tree itself, which in all honesty is a little sad for itself these days, it’s the stunning mountain landscape of the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) mountain range and the opposing Glyderau mountains, imposing over either side of the Llanberis Pass. A sprinking of winter snow and some beautiful light makes for a rather special place for photography.
