Easily Eryri’s most popular mountain peak with hikers and climbers there are several routes to the summit including the north ridge, which starts close to the A5 road , and the south ridge, reached via Bwlch Tryfan, the col between Tryfan and Bristly Ridge. Tryfan summit is famous for for the twin rocks commonly known as Adam and Eve, separated by a gap of 1.2 metres and the “leap of faith” has increasingly become a favourite pastime with TikTok influencers.
